You can of course your New Relic, Data Dogs, or Cloud Monitoring form MongoDB. However Percona (I work there) has another open source tool called PMM (pmmdemo.percona.com <http://pmmdemo.percona.com/>) which you could use or take the parts in GitHub to plug into your favorite monitoring solution. However this is not the list for this discussion, as this is about MongoDB Server internal development mongoldb-user might be a better list for the question to help compare the ecosystem of options.
